Hi Nagapp, 

Please make sure the CONVG entry you have created for the free convection boundary condition in the subcase definition is present in the model. 

Subcase Example:

SUBCASE        2
  LABEL steady_state_heat_transfer
ANALYSIS HEAT
  SPC =        1
  CONVG =        2

Bulk card:

CONVG          2    SURF       1            50.0   0.005
