Can I get the highlight Face ID in Remove Detail by script？

Hello:

After import a .stp CAD file, I want to identify the small font face and put it in the mesh control before starting the surfmesh,

Remove Detail can identify the Face I want, but it can't be recorded or creat a Face Group, Is there any way to fix this?

Hello,

thank you for your request. What you ask for was until now not possible, but the developer team took note of your need and implemented this already for the next SimLab v2022.2 version which will be released in 2 months.

The screenshot below explains the implementation.

Please let our team know if you may be interested in a Beta version ov 2022.2 to be able to use the feature.

Yes, the select feature tool is available in 2023.1 version. Please do the following steps.

Select a body
Right click on the body
Click on the select feature options
