Altair Inspire 2021.1 can not open certained saved file (.stmod) after using PolyNURBS

Hi guys!

I was working on one file (.stmod), mostly with the polyNURBS and the fillet function from Altair Inspire 2021.12315. After saving the file and closing the program, I can not open the file anymore. Altair Inspire keeps closing itself whenever I open that file. This is unfortunately not the first file that has this problem. Do you have any solution for this problem?
