Is there a way to optimize the thickness of a bracket (solid 3D model) in Optistruct?

    Hi Prakash,

    I checked the tutorials section.

    There were no examples related to optimizing the thickness.?

    Hi Karth,

     

    Since you have 3D solid elements, you have to change the shape (thickness change) of your model.

    That is a part of User guide reference. 

     

    You can refer to example problems available in OptiStruct referene guide.
