    Hi oggy,

I am not really sure about the model, but my suggestion would be reacting the rigid element ID= 13031726 again.

    Hi,

The rigid body turns more than one radian per cycle. This situation is due to divergence in the computation.

Please select this rigid body from RBODY MANAGER in HyperMesh and make Ispher to 1.

    .

    Hey George,

I get the same error message, even though I set Ispher to 1 and tried to do the rotation of 45 degrees (0.7853 rad) around all three axes in two steps per axis. Any idea on what the problem might be? Thanks in advance!

Edited to attach files with defined units.

Thank you! Reducing the angles to 0.5 helps, but that's not what I want...

Thank you for your effort! However, I need to keep the rigid body, I cannot solve the problem by just removing it.

Anyone else? I keep getting this error message from time to time, but unfortunately cannot identify the problem.

you can do RB instead rbe+shell because your rbe+shell=rigid body=)

It is always better to use Rigidwall instead of using shlle+rbe to make it rigid, especially when you have contacts.
