topology optimization of super imposed results

Hi,

i am trying to optimize an assembly which has 2 load cases. One when it is loaded in the downward direction and another in the upward direction. How do i super impose the results of both the load cases and optimize it in one shot. Is it even possible?

Hi Vikas,

You can create Loadstep dependent responses and while creating constraints you can select both the loadsteps.

This will take care the criteria for both the cases you have.

Stress, Displacement, compliance etc are few examples of subcase dependent responses.
