Hi. I'm calling you because I have a question I interpreted it as simlab "AcuSolve Solver environment is not configured" Can you tell me why this error occurs and how to solve it?
Hi, did you include 'SimLab Additionals 2022.2' when installing? If you download and install the 2022.2 version you need the Additionals to run AcuSolve.
I can't run it after downloading it, where should I extract the downloaded file? I downloaded simlab to c drive

You do not need to extract additionals file.
You just need to put additionals file in the same folder with simlab installation file.
And then re-install simlab.

What is the CPU on your machine? How many physical cores do you have (not with HyperThreading)?
you have to install SimLab with both .exe and .zip in the same location.
Just extracting ZIP will not install solvers.
Are you using a student license?
How many Altair Units do you have ? You can check License Utility to see if there are enough licenses available. You will need min 35 AUs to solve with more than 4 cores.
