errors while solving in hypermesh desktop 2020

Following are snapshots of the output file.

I have checked the ethernet IP address and also copy-pasted the license file to "C:\Program Files\Altair\2020-edu\security" location.

the error still persists.
please help me solve this error.

    do you have any environment variable named ALTAIR_LICENSE_PATH in your machine?

     

    In case you have, can you remove it and try again?
