Student version expires?

Hello, i had already the student version of thea render, but I cant used any more, when I tray tu put the .DAT it appears the following msj:

 

License is not valid. Please contact license support.

 

Before I used my personal mail: JOANDRESALONSO@GMAIL.COM but now I entered my student mail to be faster.

 

Student mail: andresalonsos@iteso.mx

 

Hope you can help me to continue with my student renders.
