EDEM student license error

I have been using EDEM student license for a year now, but just recently I started getting the license errors below:

- ERROR   : License Error : License Error 4 : Unable to check out 21000 EDEMGUI license(s)

- ERROR   : License Error : Altair License Manager: License error
                          Feature(s): GlobalZoneEU, HyperWorks, HWEDEMGUI
                          Error Code: 9
                          Error Description:
                          Feature not found
                          Feature: EDEMGUI

Does that mean that the license is no longer available? And would it be possible to renew it while I am still a student?

You can also watch this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lp3zAFPRFlI and follow the steps mentioned in it to install the software and activate the license successfully.

Please make sure that you are not connected to VPN while using the software.
