student license hypermesh

Hi, last year i downloaded succesfully the student edition, but i had to delete it. Now, i tried to reuse the the links you sent me last year (i downloaded both hyperworks bundle and altair_lic.dat) but as i run hyperworks it gives me error 6 and 9.
i already put altair_lic.dat in the right folder (as you can see in the attached) and i created an enviroment variable.
i also tried to ask for another email but i reached the maximum of five.
could you please tell me what i did wrong?

    Hi,

    Can you once check whether the Ethernet ID of your machine matches the Ethernet ID in the license file? Or else can you run ipconfig/all in the command window and send the output here?
