Installer file does not work

Hello, I have been emailed links to download the student version of HyperWork along with the license, I downloaded these files and I am having problems installing them. The installation assistant starts working, it reaches 100%, the window closes and that's it. The installation goes no further. This is personally a problem with my computer or the installer file, could you please advise me, and if possible, please send an alternative download link

    We have sent you alternate links, the problem you describe is due to a corrupted installation file that was corrupted during download, please try to download the file again with a good internet connection.

    HI,

    We have sent you alternate links, do you have the issue with the installer reaching 100% and nothing happens? if so that is due to a corrupted installation file that was corrupted during download, please try to download the file again with a good internet connection.
