Licensing of HyperWorks Student edition 2021

Hi,

I installed a HyperWorks 2021 student edition from the website of my university and not from the Altair website. But at the Licensing, the Altair License Utility Box looks diffrent than in the instruction. Because the "Activation-tab" is missing.

Is there any chance for Licensing without  unistalling the software and installation another version?

3 other guys have the same problem.

What shoud I do?

    Hi,

    Please uninstall this version of HyperWorks, as the student license won't be supported for this version.

    Kindly download and install the HyperWorks software from the student edition bundle available on the Altair One marketplace (refer to the image below). Once you install the HyperWorks software, navigate to almutil, and this time the activation tab will be present. Paste the activation key there to activate the license.

    Hi, 
    I have tried to activate student version of hyperworks but there is still not activation tab at almutil_gui.exe.
