Exporting from Flux to e-Machine toolbox

Almost everytime I try to create a component model from my flux design to export it to e-machine tool, I can´t make it work and when it does create the file, when I try to open with e-machine tool, it gives me a blank pop-up, no error or anything like that. Only when I go to details there is a lot of code about Java issue problems?

Is there a tutorial or somebody who can guide me how to create an e-machine toolbox file form flux?
