Surface from from an arc profile and two convergent rails?

How can one make a surface from an arc profile and two different but convergent rails? See attachments.
All the surface tools fail.

In Inspire Studio you can easily do that using Loft tool.
I suggest to select the section as the only profile (first thing to select),
then you right-click and select the two rails and right-click again to end the rails selection.Last step to improve the shape could be to enable the Arc Lenght Rails checkbox in the control panel.
This should do the work.

Well it doesn't quite always work as you say. For example, when one of the rails is a little more complex (not too complex though), the following happens:
If I select the simpler rail first, the surface begins to take shape, but when I choose the second rail, the surface does not adapt to complete the intended shape, but rather red error lines appear.
If I select the more complex rail first, after selecting the simpler rail, the loft tool does not enable the green check mark button as if waiting for more input, even while I have selected both rails and there is no more input.

Hi,
The method I proposed is the normal one if there are no specific issues.
In case there is something particular, some preparation might be needed
before to apply the suggested procedure. You might need to combine some curves or to use the rebuild curve on them,
but this is to be verified case by case.If you find difficulties on a specific scene, please login on https://altairone.com/

so that we can have a look.Regards,

The problem seems to be related to the vertex, I have tried splitting the rails at several locations and the surface is created correctly up to the part reaching the vertex.
See what I mean with this test project, just two simple curved rails and a slightly elliptical arch:
