Hello all,
is it possible to create a sensor which shows me the magnetic flux density (in Tesla) of an face or region?
Best regards
Hello Noti;
If you use sensors, you can chose to create one as ponctual sensor, so you can get the flux density on a given point by its coordinates for instance, or by an existing point.
Note that using sensors, you can also extract maximum value on a region, or mean value of the flux density.
Hello,
thank you for your reply. Im trying to include the demagnetization of the magnets in my simulation (my simulation is a PMSM with embedded magnets, with really high current values, which demagnetize my magnets), maybe there are other ways to do it. I thought about using sensors and see which magnet gets an small flux density but im not finding the right way to do it. Maybe you can give me an advice?
Hello;
Yes, the current version of Flux, it is possible to take into account the demagnetisation. Please have a look on the help about this feature, and the attached pdf.
