I'm getting this error. Can someone provide guidance?

Running Steady State Heat Transfer. Flux of 20 on one end of a cube, constant temperature of 20 on the other end of the cube. Cube has dimensions of 10.499e-6 x 10.499e-6 x 10.499e-6 meters and is composed of 3 different pieces with contact surfaces defined correctly.

your mesh seems to be bad.

This might be triggering this error. Review your mesh quality, please.

And usually i don't think 2nd order element is needed for this kind of analysis.
