Hello,

I have created several pipe structures in hm and produced op2 files. And .acs file for the fluid structure/flow, Before this I used eigen mode manager feature to import op2 file into the acs. And produced the .inp file to run in the acusolve. Since acuconsole cant be use now and cannot import the other op2 files (different structure). Is it possible to edit directly from the inp file/MESH.DIR for the different structure natural frequency.

Thank you

You may be able to use SimLab.  You could review the tutorial ACU-T: 5400 in the 2022 release Help system.  This sets up both the structure and fluid Solutions in SimLab.  If you setup only the Fluid Solution in SimLab, you may be able to import the structure solution .op2 first (File > Import > Results), then apply it to the fluid Solution (right click the fluid Solution and 'Include Modal Displacement'.  No guarantees, but it's something to try.

As this seems to be a current case for you, I would recommend starting from scratch in SimLab. It would give you a seemless flow from modes in OptiStruct to AcuSolve FSI, as mentioned in the tutorial above.

Direct link to video: SL 2420 Piezoelectric Flow Energy Harvester: A Fluid-Structure Interation P-FSI - Altair (wistia.com)

But the advised way would be to access model and video is via, Tutorials > Fluid and Particles > Multiphyiscs: Altair for SimLab Learning Center

BTW, SimLab also supports import of HM file (however I would still advise to start go 0 > 100 in one interface).
