Problems Inspire - no results when running analysis and optimization

Every time I try to run some analysis or optimization i have to wait forever, and i never get the results. What can I do? Where is the problem?

Hi Regina,

It looks like your structural analysis and topological optimization are failing, based on the red X's in the run history.

I would check the LOG files from the recent runs, which can usually be found in your Documents Folder:

C:\Users\[USER NAME]\Documents\Altair\2024\Inspire\analysis\[MODEL NAME]

The output files may shed some light as to why they are failing.
