Download link of Student edition doesn't work

Dear Sir/Madame,

I've received the email contained my licence for student edition,  but when i clicked on the download link from the email and the download didn't start. I tried it in another browser but it didn't work either.

my university mail is:

zhuoran.yu@etu.unistra.fr
