Problems with downloading the Activate program using the student bundle

Hello, after obtaining my license I realized I had downloaded the twin activate software which is not a part of the student bundle in the marketplace, I proceeded to download activate 2023 and it redirected me to a page giving me a 504 timeout error. After I tried downloading the 2022 version and it gave me the same problem, I really need to install this program because it's part of my exam, can you help me, thank you.

    Hi Luigi,

    Can you try accessing Marketplace from a different browser and attempt to download the software from there? Let me know if you still encounter the same error.

    Hey I have the same issue, I tried downloading Flux(multiple versions on chrome and edge) but kept on getting the 504 error. Do you have a suggestion for me of something to try to fix this?
