SimLab License Check Error

Hello,

I have installed SimLab and I have feature based license. I have installed SimLab, HW CFD solvers, Mechanical Solvers, Desktop.

However, If I run simlab, the error pops ups that license not found.

Attaching herewith error and license file snaps

Kindly someone help me. I have a local license not a server one.

what kind of local license? is this a student version?

i believe you need to get in touch with your local Altair representative to try to figure this out.

Thanks for your reply. I have indeed contacted Altair support.

I dont have a student license. By local license, I meant the one that we install locally in our machines and not the server based license
