AMan fails to write .ffe file to my disk

I'm currently trying to use the Antenna Array Tool in AMan. After I click "OK" in the dialogue, I am prompted to give the file name and location for the resulting .ffe file. But after I input the name and location and click the "save" button, I cannot find the resulting .ffe file in that location (It seems the file is not written to that location). So I wonder if this is a problem with my operating system or a bug of AMan?

I tried to reproduce this on my machine with v.2022.3.2 but the *.ffe was created successfully for different locations I tested.

Each time AMan confirms the creation of the file by prompting the following dialog:

Can you try creating the file in another directory on your machine and make sure it is not a read only directory?

Thanks for your reply. When I generate the *.ffe file, my AMan does not prompt this dialog. I have tried many locations, but none of them work.

I'm currently using the student edition. I also noticed that there is a similar Question in the forum (please see the following link), and the poster uses the student edition as well. Is this one of the limitations of the student edition?

Hi Zeina,

I just tried this operation on another PC with the student edition, and it has the same problem. I guess it may be a bug or limitation of the student edition.
