Alternative Download link for the student edition

Hello there,

I tried to download the Software through the provided download link, but it does not work. So I am following the steps and ask in the community formu for an alternative download link to the student edition. I have tried to sign in Altair with my student email and it said i will be recieved an code certification, but i still haven't gotten any. So i logged in with my private email. My student email is 19145424@student.hcmute.edu.vn.

    We have sent alternate download links as a PDF attachment via email, please let us know here if the issue persists.

    Regarding your sign-in issue, could you please let me know which Altair platform you were trying to sign in to? Was it Altair University or Altair Community?
