How long should licencing take?

Hello, 

I have applied for a student licence, (I already had one but my physical IP address was wrong, that licence took 10 days to arriwe), I sent my second aplication 12 days ago and still nothing. Does anybody has info on how long this proccess should take? Or who should I contact to get info on the status of the process?

    Apologies for the delay. We have received your student license request and it has been forwarded for approval.

    Approval might take some time. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

    Please note: If you have entered your university email ID, the registration will be processed immediately, and in most cases, approved immediately. If you have entered a free domain email ID like Gmail and uploaded ID proof photo, the registration can take a few days to be processed.
