I'm studing Mechanical Engeneering al University of Florence in Italy and i have an exam about Hyperworks with Optistruct. I have a problem with modal frequences response i don't know how to put in the analysis concentrated masses. I create the mass and the loadcols with GRAV card but i don't know where shoud i put the collectors.

you're looking for preloaded analysis?
you can add your GRAV as a linear static loadcase, and use it as preload for the FRF.
There is an example if you search for 'Preload' in OS documentation.
