Support for gain-scheduled SMO observer?

Instead of direct parameter input into the SMO blocks, it could be helpful to alternatively allow gains to be wired in so that they can be gain-scheduled with load an speed. In addition to the sliding mode gains, the motor inductance may tend to reduce at high operating frequencies or while under field-weakened operation for a PMSM.
