Unable to download Inspire Cast software from the link provided in the email

My student license is valid until November 2023, but I'm unable to download the software on my new computer, although I have already uninstalled and deleted the software and the license file on my old laptop. When i clicked the link, it shows an error '403 - forbidden'. If the alternate link can solve the issue, can you provide me the alternate link? Otherwise, help me on this. Thank you.

Hi,

Please note: The Altair Student Edition license is a node-locked license – a license that will work only on one machine whose Ethernet ID was entered while requesting.

Please request for another license for your new computer here - https://studentedition.altair.com/ with the correct Ethernet ID.
