Certificate of attendance

I enrolled in a 5 day training program on FEKO - Introduction that ran from June 24 - 28, 2024. After completion of training on the 5th day, we were directed to obtain the certificate of attendance upon completion of the feedback task on https://learn.altair.com. I completed this task but yet I still can't find the certificate.  Find herein the dashboard of my account which still indicate that I have not completed the program. what can be the problem and how do I obtain the certificate?
