Hello everyone,

I am currently facing with problem to define mat input for MAT36 - PLAS TAB. I have a material strain rate curves which i have packed it into 1 table and that i have defined at the material Input but Solver says error "MAT LAW INPUT ERROR". I am not sure if this is the right way to define the multiple strain rate curves in Radioss.

I have material in  this way please check the picture below:-

This is the table shown in the picture above which i have defined for Material MAT36. This table consists of 5 strain rate curves and tryied to run the simulation but still solver says "Material Input Error".

Can anybody suggest me if i have done somthing wrong ?

Regards,

Ashish

you need to increase the N_function count to 5.

Then add multiple curves, for each new _fct_ID.

the Eps_dot is the value that defines the strain rate for that particular curve.

So if you have 5 strain rates, your N_fucntion will be 5, and you will need 5 different curves, each assigned to a differente strain rate (Eps_dot).

This is mentioned in the documentation.
