In SimLab the Load cases are not solved independently. Result data is lost in all the load case if one is edited

Hello,

I am doing a non-linear structural analysis in SimLab. I have defined multiple load cases for a single structural analysis.

I am facing the problem when I try to modify only one load case from all the load cases that i have defined (6 total). The result data for rest of the load cases is also deleted, even though I only edited one of the load case.

Also when I try to solve only one load case, the Simlab solves all the defined load cases simultaneously. Is there any option to solve or update only specific load cases so the rest of the load case have their results saved instead of simultaneous solution of all of them?

Hello Rishabh,

Unfortunately that is the expected behavior while using the solution browser. Editing anything on a given solution, despite having loadcases or not, will delete the result data from the GUI. Please note that you can still import the result file from the solution folder.

I would suggest, in this case, creating multiple solutions instead of loadcases. You can duplicate the solution you already have, delete the unnecessary loadcases and run the edited ones.
