Student edition download link is not working

Eventhough I have recieved both lincense and download link, it gives me a Troubleshooting error and does not allow me to download any of the student edition softwares. May I have another link?

    Thanks for the link, unfortunately it still does not work. Now it returns error 403-Forbidden in any browser I have tried.

    Try to refresh the page 2-3 times after you get the message "403 Forbidden", this works many times.

    There are cases where when you click on the download links in the email, one would just see a tab open and the exe does not download, in such cases

    • You should copy and paste the links in a different browser and click go
    • You should open the email in a different browser (if using gmail or yahoo for instance in a browser) and click on the links in the email there
