Good Morning,

Upon launching Altair Monarch Classic, I am prompted to a window for New Product Update Available. One of the options is to Download Latest Version and when I click, it directs me to the main support page of Altair Support. Could you please kindly assist me with this process.

The best place from which to download the latest version of Monarch Classic is https://altairone.com/Marketplace.

Make sure you sign in,

then type "Monarch" into the search field and hit Enter, select the "Monarch Complete" Tile, and the "Download" tab on the right side of the screen, then download the product using the appropriate link listed there:
