LICENSE DOESN'T WORK

Hi,

I have two version of Flux: 2021.2 and 2022.1. 2021.2 works fine, but with 2022.1 version i have a problem of license as follow:

 

Feature(s): GlobalZoneEU, FluxGUI
Error Code: 16
Error Description:
[NETWORK] MYLICENSE - (Err: 16) Rejected actively from license server

 

What is the problem?

    You can create a ticket to "Licensing and installation" team in the Altair community by going in to Contact support as highlighted in picture below.

    This message is almost always because the version of the license server software (the actual lmx license utility/service that serves the license from your server machine) is an older version than the license file. The behaviour you report is consistent with you having 2022.1 Flux, and 2022 license, but the license server software being too old to serve that license. You need to get your IT to update the Altair License Server software on the server to the latest version.
