Hi, I downloaded the Student Edition License for Altair Feko earlier this year on an old laptop. Recently I received a new laptop and want to install Altair Feko on the new laptop. The problem is I cannot deactivate the license used on the old laptop because I no longer have access to the old machine. I tried using the Altair License Utility in Altair Feko to deactivate the License but I received an error message stating that the License key was not found, although on the Altair One website, the License key indicates the Licence is still active. Any assistance in deactivating my old license would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
