unable to generate h3d file
After completion of normal mode analysis , there is no h3d file generated.

Can you let us know which version of HyperWorks are you using and updates installed?
If possible, please share the model file.

No modes exist between your frequency range and that is the reason no h3d file is generated.
Please request modes with just ND on EIGRL and check if that helps.

It depends on how complex the problem is. You can connect elements nodally by equivalencing. If there is no node within the tolerance, then you may have to trim the element and make room for a node and connect
