In Hyperworks, If I put the elasticity modulus of a material in (MPa), the Von mises stress will be in (MPa) too? I want to manage what unit is in every result, but i´`` am afraid thats not possible
This simulation is in Hyperworks and i´m using the Opitscrut as a solver

HyperWorks doesn't have a default unit system. The user chooses his own unit system.
Just be sure that you use the same system along the entire model/simulation.
So, in your case, if E is in MPa, and your model dimensions are in mm, yes, all your stress results will be in MPa.
Follow the consistent units.

Hi Adriano, I have another doubt with the units.
For exemple, the unit of force is Newton or it depends on the unit of
length? In my simulation, the unit of lenght is mm, so the unit of force will be 1000 Newton?

thank you for the helpUse consistent units and you will be fine.
if your geometry unit is in mm, your force input is in N, then your stresses will be in N/mm2 = MPa.
Your Young's modulus need to be inputed in MPa as well, so for steel, around 210 000MPa.
Density could be in ton/mm3.
Inputs are length, force, mass. All the rest should be given accordingly.
