NL analysis with NLPCI, how to output more than one load factors

Hi there,

i try to set up a non linear analysis with large displacement and nonlinear material (hyperelastic). I have much trouble to get a convergent solution. Now i found out that it works with NLPCI and CRIS or RIKS. But now in the post processing i only get two simulations steps outputted, zero and the maximum displacement. I want to plota load-displacement curve, therefore i need more simulation steps. How could i achive this?

Thank you very much for your help :)

you need to rquest intermediate results by creating a load input of type NLOUT, and request this inside your loadstep.

Depending on your settings you will get the intermediary outputs.

can you try the attached file?

Are you sure you're lauching the post-processing in HV, in 'Transient Mode'?

thank you. Your files are working. I attach my files. In this files i don't use Arc length method because i have to enforce a displacement. May you can help me with this problem. May i don't need RIKS/CRIS... I have trouble to get convergence solution and tried already so much things. But nothing helped.

I want to simulate a hyperelastic part with large deformations and contact... Because of possible instability problems i thought i have to use riks/cris.

    thank you for your help
