License Issue When Using OSSmooth

Hello,

I am using the student edition and I am getting this error when using OSSmooth. I was able to use HyperWorks and Optistruct to optimize my model. My license file is in the location mentioned in the error message and my ethernet address matches what is in the license DAT file. Any suggestions for me? Thank you for the help!
