Help for rubber and foam material laws

Hello

I have to simulate component which undergoes both tension and compression. I have both data (see attachment). My solver is Optistruct. By searching i find that material law "MATHE" can be used but i don't know how to input both tension and compression data.

Please, can someone help me?

Is there other mat law to use? I'm opened for your suggestions.

This example is from the verification problems in the OptiStruct documentation and they show you how to input your material data.
