How to make .grid file

I am learning OSSmooth, but I dot get the *.grid file when solving the optimization problem. How can I generate the grid file?

The .grid file is only generated when topography or shape optimization is performed.

Thanks Greg. If I run topology by OSSmooth using version 2021.2, I don't have to define *.grid file, only *.sh file. However, if I use HW 2022.3 I don't see *.sh file request, only the *.grid file. How can I run the OSSmooth for topology in 2022.3?
