student edition license key issue

I could not reactivate my license and also when i open PSIM there is some error. I will attach the picture below kindly fix this issue and help me out of this problem.

I was trying to activate my license key but it says the license already exist in license store. but when I open the PSIM it says error code 9 and 40. Kindly help me out of this problem and do the needful.

Hi, We see here that the license was not activated, Please click on the path in your license activation tab and delete any license file that exists there, and then reactivate with the same license key
