Moving license to a new computer

I'm enrolled in Educational Data Mining at Tallinn University, and while I successfully installed AI studio on my computer, I recently purchased a new laptop for school, and it won't let me activate AI Studio on the new device with the same license. I also cannot get a new student license. Is there a way to remove the license from the original machine and transfer it to the new one? 

To be clear, I have no intention of using the older computer, so it's okay if the program only works on one machine at a time.
