Analysis of a Bimetallic plate
I tried to model the following example question in Roak's Formulas for Stress and Strain book. According to the calculations of the book, deflection at the inner edge should be 0.00279 in, Maximum stress at the top surface of the stainless-steel plate should be 616 lb/in2, And maximum stress at the bottom surface of the titanium plate should be -893 lb/in2. I got closer results for deflection but stress values are way off. Attached files are as follows.

Figure 2 - Model setup
Figure 3 - Deflection Results
Figure 4 - Stress X Results at the top surface
Figure 5 - Stress X Results at the bottom surface
Requesting your help to change the model to get stress values as well.

what are the solver settings you're using? Adapt For Stiffness?
Could you try Adapt For Stress?

Thank you for your reply. I changed it to Adapt For Stress but still the values are way off. Can you check the model if I emailed it to you?
