    Hello, 

    This is strange. 

    Please try to delete the folder .Altair you can find it in C:\Users\yourname\.altair.

    Please try to uninstall and reinstall it again.

    You can also try to install the latest version 2022.1.1

    Please let me know if one of the suggestions works for you.
