OptiStruct licensing on Linux computing cluster
Hello everyone,
I am trying to run Optistruct on a Linux based computing cluster that works in batch mode. Optistruct is installed already but I don't know how to realize the licensing. Is it possible to do it via the Altair One license server or is a different different way of licensing needed?
Thank you for your help!

Hello Alexander Spintzyk,
Could you please create a support case and get linked to your company to further help you with your license?
Best regards,

Hello Ms. Riga,
When I try to access the site "https://www.altairsmartworks.com/support-contact" I get an error message the website is not accessible. My colleagues tried it as well, but the website won't open.
Furthermore I cannot ask my company for help, because my student group gets sponsored by Altair.
Best regards,
Alexander Spintzyk

Hello,
Please log in to the Altair One page (altairone.com) using your Altair One credentials and click on Community & Support and then on Contact Support to create a case.
Best regards,
