Program closes sudently after clicking view results, sketch and other actions.

Hi!

I have just downloaded Inspire and when trying to run and structural analysis or making a sketch, the program disappear.

Does anyone know what could be going on?

PS: I'm running Inspire in a virtual machine (Parallels desktop) and have tried most of the ways to patch the .dat license.

Please tell us the OS version in use and make sure your graphics card and its driver is supported,

Try deleting settings files as per second post here - https://community.altair.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=bf3648761b2bd0908017dc61ec4bcbef also delete temporary files in the my documents folder,

The solution of deleting setting files didn't work.
