Student License Help

Hi,

I'm a student at University of East Anglia, and am beginning an internship which requires the Hyperworks/Hypermesh software. I applied approximately a week ago for the student license and had no response regarding this request. 

I contacted my lecturers (internship heads) who told me this process usually only takes a couple of days, and that I should ask for support on this matter. Is there any help I can receive, please? My internship is due to start in a week and I wish to practice beforehand with the software.

    Your license request was approved and the license email was resent as well, please let us know if the issue persists here
