Application Error while starting 2023.1 HW Desktop

I'm encountering an issue when trying to open Hypermesh 2023.1 on my PC. Although previous versions of the software run without problems on the same machine and other tools as Batchmesher etc runs, but anything related to hypermesh fails to start. We've reinstalled Hypermesh 2023.1 three times, but the problem persists.

Please assist us in resolving this issue.

We are experiencing an issue when trying to launch Altair HyperMesh.

Although previous versions of HyperMesh run without any problems on the same machine, version 2023.1 fails to start. Additionally, other Altair tools such as BatchMesher run successfully. The issue appears to be specific to HyperMesh itself.

We have already:

• Reinstalled HyperMesh 2023.1 three times
• Restarted the system after each installation
• Verified that licensing is working properly

However, HyperMesh 2023.1 still does not launch. There is no visible error message. The application briefly appears in Task Manager and then closes.

Could you please advise on the following:

1. Are there any known GPU/OpenGL compatibility issues with version 2023.1?
2. Are there specific Visual C++ runtime requirements?
3. Which log files should we check for detailed error diagnostics?
4. Is there a recommended clean uninstall procedure beyond standard removal?
