Dear Altair Support,
I am having licensing issues - my Altair license is for the premium version of the software and periodically after I access the premium version for a while it reverts to the student edition. I sometimes get pop ups saying that my license expired but then it sometimes reverts back to the premium edition and I just initially thought that the problem was resolved. Would you have any ideas as to what may be the potential sources for this error? I am a student at Purdue Unversity.
